Ticket coverages allow the customer to better understand the area and services that each ticket is valid to use on or within. For mobile tickets to be displayed in the journey planner, each mobile ticket has to have a ticket coverage associated with it that includes a map because we determine whether a mobile ticket can be used to complete a journey based on the ticket coverage map.

If a ticket coverage does not have a map, any tickets associated with that ticket coverage will not appear in the Journey Planner.

You must ensure that the map is accurate and includes all of the bus stops in that ticket coverage, if you zoom in far enough you will be able to see each bus stop. 

You can edit the current map by selecting one of the points and moving them or you can select ‘remove area’ on the right and start from scratch.
