Passenger Cloud has different levels of access based on the roles granted to individual staff members. These can be finely controlled, giving access to different combinations of capabilities, but are broadly defined as follows:


  • Auditor: View reports of other staff member's actions.
  • Boarding codes accessDownload boarding code exports.
  • Customer support agent: View customer tickets, verify child/student accounts, overturn Login Lock.
  • Customer support supervisor: Refund and disable tickets, refund gift codes, issue complimentary tickets and delete accounts, in addition to all Customer Support Agent permissions.
  • Disruption manager: Create and manage disruption alerts.
  • Fare management agent: View NeTEx fare data and preview fares.
  • Fare management supervisor: Manage NeTEx fare data imports and preview fares.
  • Finance agentExport revenue data and bank transfers.
  • Journey managerCreate and manage cancellations for journeys.
  • Marketing manager: Configure social integrations for posting about disruptions. This role requires Staff Members also to have the Disruptions Manager role.
  • Network management agent: View datasets, preview timetables and preview journey plans.
  • Network management supervisor: Manage network datasets TransXChange imports, link lines and manage associated assets (timetable, map and fare PDFs), and manage cancelled journeys, in addition to all Network Management Agent permissions.
  • Staff management agent: View roles of other users with the ability to revoke their access.
  • Staff management supervisor: Manage roles and access of other users, in addition to all Staff Management Agent permissions.
  • Ticket inspector: Manage fines and revenue protection.
  • Ticket product manager: Manage mobile tickets available for sale and the integration with Stripe.
  • Travel Portal manager: Administer business accounts and orders.
  • Vehicle manager: Manage data on live vehicles, and view vehicle monitoring subscriptions.
