Passenger Academy is the Passenger learning platform.
The platform includes courses based on different Passenger systems sections and skill sets.
Existing staff members will automatically be enrolled on courses relevant to their staff roles. New staff members will be required to complete their relevant Passenger Academy courses before gaining access to Passenger systems.
To request course enrollments, a senior member of your team can contact your CSM or our Help Desk with the request.
Once a course is completed and passed, we will sign you up to the Passenger system you are now trained on and we will inform you when you have access.
