Once a verification has been approved, a selfie can no longer be changed.
However, if a customer takes a selfie that is rejected or if they wish to change their selfie prior to it being accepted, they can do so up until the point that verification happens.
To change a selfie, a customer can do this themselves within the app.
- Open up the app and navigate to Settings.
- Under 'Ticketing', tap on 'Verification'.
- There is an accordion-style box with the header 'Upload a selfie'. Tap the dropdown arrow to the right of it.
- If the option still remains to change a selfie, the 'Change Selfie' button will appear. From here, customers can take a new photo or choose one from their camera roll/photo library.
