Send a support request to help@passengerteam.com with as much of the following information as possible. This helps us to work out where the issue might be:
- Time and date of issue
- Steps to recreate the issue
- Customer email address
- Customer device details
- Installed app version (check from the "About" screen in the side menu)
- A screenshot of the issue
If possible, get the customer to submit feedback via the mobile app's in-built feedback mechanism as well.
