Send a support request to with as much of the following information as possible. This helps us to work out where the issue might be:

  • Time and date of issue
  • Steps to recreate the issue
  • Customer email address
  • Customer device details
  • Installed app version (check from the "About" screen in the side menu)
  • A screenshot of the issue

If possible, get the customer to submit feedback via the mobile app's in-built feedback mechanism as well.
