Journey data is imported per dataset upon uploading a new TransXChange dataset from the vehicle journey element.
Vehicle journeys are uniquely identified by VehicleJourneyCode (or PrivateCode if defined).
A vehicle journey represents a vehicle departing at a specific time on a single day, visiting a set of stops, in order, at specified intervals.
A vehicle journey can run across multiple days via its operating profile.
