Where NaPTAN records are not accurate (missing or invalid) we encourage you to attempt to get the dataset updated. It’s not always clear exactly who is managing data for a specific admin area, although generally this is performed by a council/local transport authority.

Once the NaPTAN dataset has been updated, Passenger will import these changes at 1 am every day, however, you must re-upload your dataset for those changes to take effect.
