A single XML file conforming to the TransXChange specification.
Service operating period
Inclusive start and end dates of a service.
If an end date is missing then we assume the end date is the later of 1 year from the start date or 1 year from today
Dataset effective period
Inclusive start and end dates of a dataset.
This is based on the earliest start and latest end date of all the service operating periods within a dataset.
