Rewards are added from the Passenger Content Platform.

Note: If you don't have access to this, please raise a support request via our Help Desk and we'll get this set up for you as soon as it is authorised by the named contact at your organisation.

To add a new ‘Reward’:

  • Log into the Content Platform;
  • Select ‘Add content’;
  • Select ‘Reward’;
  • Create the ‘Reward’ by adding details of the offer; and
  • Make sure the reward is displayed correctly in the mobile app.
