Rewards are added from the Passenger Content Platform.
Note: If you don't have access to this, please raise a support request via our Help Desk and we'll get this set up for you as soon as it is authorised by the named contact at your organisation.
To add a new ‘Reward’:
- Log into the Content Platform;
- Select ‘Add content’;
- Select ‘Reward’;
- Create the ‘Reward’ by adding details of the offer; and
- Make sure the reward is displayed correctly in the mobile app.
