Changes made in Passenger Cloud will not always instantly propagate to websites and mobile apps because of the high availability architecture of Passenger Cloud. Passenger Cloud caches frequently used data as close as possible to the edge of the network to improve response time, availability and scalability.
Previewing data within Passenger Cloud bypasses any caches, so you can instantly see your changes.
Depending on what you are changing it can vary how long this can take to propagate:
- Stops, Lines, Directions & Journeys can take ~5 minutes
- Timetables can take ~15 minutes
