If one of your customers asks for a payment receipt to be resent, log in to your Stripe account and locate the payment in question. We advise searching by the customer email address or the receipt number. 

Once you have selected the payment, you should be able to scroll down to find and click on the "send receipt" button, it's located near the "Email history" section and looks like below. You can also add additional email addresses to send the receipt to.
